Experience: Previous experience in B2B Telesales or Telemarketing is preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Telesales Executive who will specialize in lead generation for our growing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating potential business leads, reaching out to business clients, and setting up appointments for the sales team. If you have experience in telesales or telemarketing, a proven track record of generating high-quality leads, and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Identify potential business clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers and influencers within target businesses to build relationships and qualify leads.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
  • Work with the sales team to pass on qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition for further action.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions are maintained in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing relevant information about products/services to potential business clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
  • Strong ability to identify and qualify leads in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with business professionals.
  • Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated while generating leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads and interactions.
  • Prior experience in cold calling and generating leads from scratch is a plus.
