Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our e-commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, fashion-forward clothing and accessories for our online store.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Create original designs, sketches, and prototypes for clothing and accessories.
2. Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, forecasting, and competitor analysis.
3. Product Line Development: Develop and manage product lines, including planning, designing, and sourcing materials.
4. Sample Management: Manage the sample process, including creating, reviewing, and approving samples.
5. Production and Quality Control: Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are produced to high standards.
6. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, merchandising, and marketing.
7. Brand Identity: Ensure designs align with the company's brand identity and aesthetic.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in an e-commerce or fast-fashion environment.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
3. Skills:
1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
2. Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and materials.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and priorities.

Nice to Have:
1. Technical Skills: Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, 3D design, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
2. Certifications: Certification in fashion design, sustainable fashion, or a related field.
3. Experience with: E-commerce platforms, fashion trends, and forecasting tools.
