Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our e-commerce social media strategy. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our e-commerce business goals.
2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (visuals, captions, videos) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest,Youtube).
3. Account Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts, including profile setup, content calendaring, and analytics tracking.
4. Community Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media, ensuring timely and professional communication.
5. Influencer Collaboration: Identify, partner with, and manage influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
6. Paid Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to drive website traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions. Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future strategies.
8. Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content in advance using a content calendar.
9. Brand Voice and Tone: Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media platforms.
10. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Skills:
1. Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
2. Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads).
3. Strong content creation skills (writing, photography, videography).
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Certifications: Facebook Blueprint Certification, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification, or other relevant certifications.
2. Experience with: Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer), graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
3. Knowledge of: E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), email marketing software (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
