Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our tire trading business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of trading operations, inventory management, pricing strategies, invoice management, LC (Letter of Credit) review, and banking operations to optimize financial performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts for decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, profitability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, compliance with local and international financial regulations, and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Assess financial risks and propose risk management strategies.
  • Optimize working capital, including inventory and credit control management.
  • Support procurement and pricing strategies through financial analysis and cost optimization.
  • Review and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing models.
  • Oversee invoice generation and management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Review and manage Letters of Credit (LCs) to ensure compliance with banking and trade finance regulations.
  • Handle banking operations, including liaising with financial institutions for smooth transactions.
  • Implement and oversee financial software and ERP systems for better financial tracking.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA qualification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in trading, distribution, or the tire industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
