Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Design Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the interior design team, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day activities on the project site, ensuring the design and construction phases align with the project plans and design intent.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of project tasks and to maintain communication.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with design specifications, drawings, and applicable safety standards.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to check for progress and quality, identify issues, and address them promptly.
Timeline Management: Ensure the project stays on schedule, addressing delays and adjusting timelines as needed.
Problem Solving: Address any technical or design-related issues that arise during the implementation of the design.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.

Qualifications:
Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, building materials, and safety standards. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a keen eye for design elements and quality.
