JD:
- ERP - Farvision software installation , managing & maintenance.
- Any other IT related work.
- Coordinating with different departments for work related to ERP
- Design and implement ERP systems that meet the business needs of the organization
- Monitor the performance of the ERP system and manage system updates and upgrades as necessary
- Train staff members and end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system
- Create and maintain system documentation for reference and training purposes
- Act as a liaison between the organization and ERP vendors
- Manage issues and troubleshoot system problems to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the ERP system is meeting their specific needs
- Make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to the ERP system
- Ensure the security of the ERP system by managing user access and maintaining system protocols
