Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and optimize current production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards.
2. Manage and maintain mechanical systems, equipment, and production machinery.
3. Lead the technical planning and implementation of factory expansion projects.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
5. Design facility layouts and material handling systems.
6. Monitor and improve production KPIs.
7. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Coordinate with production teams to resolve technical issues and enhance operational efficiency.
9. Oversee equipment installation and commissioning during expansion.

Required Qualifications

1. B.Tech/B.E. in Industrial Engineering.
2. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in composite materials or related industries.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
4. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant industrial engineering software.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong project management capabilities.
8. Fluent in English, Hindi, & Bengali.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with GFRP or composite materials manufacturing.
2. Knowledge of Indian manufacturing standards and regulations.
3. Six Sigma certification.
4. Experience in factory expansion or new facility setup.
