Job Description:

Job Title: BTL Marketing Manager (Male candidates only)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in BTL marketing, preferably in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of all media used in BTL activations, Out of Home (OOH) advertising, and Retail branding.
2. Activation & Event Management: Experience in organizing BTL activations, in-store promotions, events, and conference meets.
3. Regional Project Management: Ability to handle large geographic regions for executing projects efficiently.
4. Retail Branding Ownership: Responsible for retail branding execution and ensuring brand visibility in the market.
5. Go-To-Market Attitude: Proactively track competitor activities, meet with trades, and bring fresh ideas for brand growth.
6. Product Launches & POSM Deployment: Oversee new product launches and the deployment of Point of Sale Material (POSM) in the market.
7. Brand Custodianship: Act as the brand custodian for your region and support the trade with all relevant marketing materials and requirements, meeting deadlines.
8. Sales Analysis: Analyze regional sales data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
9. Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality for all marketing activations.
10. Negotiation & Vendor Management: Strong negotiation skills with expertise in vendor management and development.
