Job Description:

Job brief: We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
 Creating and developing new products to meet consumer needs
 Redesigning and refining existing products
 Conducting market research to analyse similar products and their functions
 Testing prototypes for functionality and longevity
 Creating engineering plans for new products
 Leading projects
 Collaborating with engineers to develop product designs
 Working with marketing teams to create a sales plan for future products
 Resolving product issues

 Overseeing the production process
Requirements and skills:
 BTECH in Mechanical engineering.
 Experience with CAD software.
 Experience with electrical products (Switchgears and hardware products (Transmission and
Distribution)/RDSO(Railway) Products) and not electronic
 Proven experience in the engineering field.
 Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 Strong leadership abilities.
 Superb written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to make decisions under pressure.
 Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Hours- 10 hrs, someone located near the factory location preferred.
