Job Title: Telecaller – Lead Generation
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Location: Kolkata(Dalhousie)

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for e-scooter sales.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide information about our e-scooter models and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address queries effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills (English and/or regional languages).
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
