Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production of shutters. You will ensure that production processes run efficiently and safely while meeting company standards for quality and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery used in the production of shutters and window coverings.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure optimal production and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production schedules to determine machine requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet the specifications.
• Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Assist in the inventory management of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, cutting machines, or similar equipment is desirable.
• Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and production plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime as needed.
