*Job Description: Business Development Manager*

*Location:* - Kolkata (remote)
*Experience:* Minimum 5 years in a Marketing Agency
*Industry:* Digital Marketing, Website & App Development, B2B Sales
Salary - 30k-50k per month

 *Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for websites, applications, and digital marketing solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets in both domestic and international B2B markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.
- Leverage an existing network of channel partners to generate business opportunities.
- Design and implement targeted lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality prospects.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

 *Key Requirements:*
- *Experience:* Minimum 5 years in a marketing agency, specializing in B2B sales.
- *Sales Expertise:* Proven track record in selling websites, applications, and digital marketing solutions.
- *Revenue Focused:* Strong ability to cross revenue targets consistently.
- *Networking Skills:* Well-established channel partner network for lead generation and business expansion.
- *Lead Generation:* In-depth knowledge of running successful marketing campaigns to attract and convert leads.
- *Communication & Negotiation:* Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
