Job Description:

#### *1. Financial Modeling and Valuation*
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including:
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models
- Leveraged Buyout (LBO) scenarios
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) simulations
- Perform company valuations using methods such as:
- Comparable Company Analysis
- Precedent Transactions Analysis
- Analyze the financial impact of potential deals or transactions.

#### *2. Pitchbook and Presentation Preparation*
- Create PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
- Support the preparation of pitchbooks, including:
- Charts and visual data representations
- Industry insights and transaction ideas
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in client-facing materials.

#### *3. Market Research and Analysis*
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify:
- Industry trends
- Market opportunities and risks
- Gather and analyze data on:
- Industry sectors
- Competitors
- Market conditions
- Provide updates on macroeconomic trends and their impact on client strategies.

#### *4. Transaction Support*
- Assist in structuring and executing deals such as:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
- Capital raising activities
- Prepare and review key transaction documentation, including:
- Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
- Term sheets and deal agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance) and external advisors to facilitate deal execution.

#### *5. Data Management and Reporting*
- Maintain and update databases for:
- Client information
- Market and deal data
- Generate reports to track:
- Deal performance
- Financial metrics and key deliverables
- Organize and maintain documentation for due diligence and compliance.

#### *6. Client Relationship Support*
- Manage client communication by preparing:
- Briefing notes
- Summary reports
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide support on deliverables.
- Assist senior bankers in crafting and refining client strategies.
