Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior International Business Development and Sales Manager with 10-20 years of experience in the IT industry. The role involves managing the entire sales process, creating growth strategies, building client relationships, and leading the sales team. We are looking for someone with a "get it done" mentality, a robust existing client network, and a proven track record of generating business for a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound lead generation in international markets (US, UK, Australia, Middle East, Asia, etc.) using personal connections and network.
- Convert leads into clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery according to client requirements.
- Create marketing and branding strategies to drive company growth.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Promote the company and identify new business opportunities.
- Report directly to the Director with weekly and monthly sales updates and reports.
Requirements:
- 10-20 years of experience in IT services sales, with a focus on international and domestic markets.
- Strong expertise in outbound lead generation using personal connections.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and meeting sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, branding, and business strategies.
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in a startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
