Chartered Accountant – Finance & Compliance

Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified CA to independently manage the complete Accounts, Taxation, Legal & Compliance functions for a group comprising 5–6 NBFCs and 2–3 Real Estate companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and accounts finalization for multiple group companies.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other taxation matters.
• Manage ROC/MCA, statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Handle/coordinate NBFC/RBI compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, CS, legal and tax consultants.
• Support merger, company surrender/closure and restructuring activities.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS and other reports for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance across all group entities.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years PQE.
• Experience in NBFC / Financial Services / Real Estate / Group Companies preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in Accounting, Taxation, Compliance and Finalization.
• Exposure to RBI, ROC/MCA and multiple-entity accounting preferred.
• Merger/amalgamation or company closure experience will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to work independently and manage multiple entities.
