Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations of the foundry division, including copper and steel casting production.

• Maintain hands-on experience with induction furnace operations and centrifugal casting processes.

• Ensure efficient factory management, including production planning, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

• Manage manpower allocation, including shift production teams and labour supervision.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
