Position Title: Senior Manager – Learning & Development

To design and implement a structured, outcome-driven Learning & Development system aligned with client expectations and business development requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Milestones
First 30 Days

Audit existing training systems, faculty quality, and delivery workflows

Meet employer partners to understand expectations and feedback

Establish structured client-facing reporting mechanisms

Create a 90-day training and technology integration roadmap
First 90 Days

Launch enhanced training modules (Language, Culture & Soft Skills)

Introduce technology/AI-enabled tools to improve learner experience and trainer productivity

Run a pilot cohort with measurable learning outcomes

Present progress updates to clients and support business development pitches
First 180 Days

Scale training delivery aligned with the BD pipeline

Build AI-enabled assessments and certification frameworks

Consolidate platforms into a unified training technology stack

Reduce operational workload by 20–30% through automation

Represent the organization in employer audits and onboarding sessions

Support BD teams with proposals and hiring of senior instructors
