We are looking for Customer Care & Sales Executive

Location : Delhi

This Opening is for a manufacturing company of perfumes

Customer Care & Sales Executive with 0 - 1 year experience with monthly Salary 18k + incentives.

Preferably a female candidate.

Experience : Fresher can also apply

Responsibilities include handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat, as well as identifying sales opportunities and providing product information. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
