Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct PCB testing, troubleshooting, and components level repair with strong problem-solving skills.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage customer inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Possess basic programming knowledge to assist in technical support and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in PCB testing, troubleshooting, and components level repair is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver engaging presentations to potential customers.
• Proven track record in handling and resolving customer complaints, displaying strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and effectively communicate technical information.
• Proficient in written and oral communication in English.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software and tools.
• Basic programming knowledge to aid in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
